I don't think anyone would argue about the fact that we live in a complex world.
With so many different types of personalities, belief systems, and ways of looking at things, it's no wonder we can feel like it's all just too much. (Especially those of us that are highly sensitive.)
Add our traumas and heartbreaks on top of it and things can start to feel impossible to ever make sense of.
When I get in this frustrated headspace, I often find that it helps for me to stop thinking about it and just create something beautiful.
When I get in this frustrated headspace, I often find that it helps for me to stop thinking about it and just create something beautiful.
Sometimes it's in the form of writing a song or painting a landscape, and other times it's just creating a simple flower arrangement or a seasonal craft.
Whatever it is in the moment, taking the time to be intentional about creating beauty in this world always seems to remind me that, despite the fact that life can be messy, it can also be charming and hopeful - never to bypass or ignore the pain, but always to create something tender beside it.
Here's to healing and hope!
We got this!
Love,
Julia
